Turkey meat, sautéed string beans with garlic and salad

Ingredients


  • 150 grams of turkey meat: Turkey, especially turkey breast without the skin

  • Paprika powder: in vitro and rodent studies have suggested that it may have a protective antioxidant effect on the liver in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and may be helpful in the treatment of hyperglycemia, atherosclerosis, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, cardiac hypertrophy, hypertension, and stroke risk.


  • Olive oil: Several studies conclude that its intake can significantly reduce the deposit of fat in the liver.

  • Five cloves of garlic: consumption of garlic and its derivatives is shown to improve hepatic function in a variety of liver diseases through the reduction of oxidative stress, inflammation, lipid metabolism dysregulation, apoptosis, fibrosis, and even carcinogenesis.

  • String beans:200 grams: Some studies suggest that string beans preserve liver health by preventing fat from accumulating in the liver, reducing the risk of a fatty liver

  • Canned corn

  • White cabbage

  • Beet

  • Lettuce-the liver detoxifying proprieties of green leafy vegetables come from their high antioxidant content and plant chlorophylls

  • 1 lemon-lemons are the second most effective liver detoxifying agent among foods also, the best way to take lemons for liver detox is to start your day with a glass of lemon water.

Turkey preparation

1.Chop the meat into pieces, as in the previous slide

2. Put it into a bowl

3.Add just a little bit of olive oil, salt, paprika powder

4.Mix them

5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

6. Apply baking paper in a tray.

7. Put the meat into the tray, over the baking paper.

8.Let the meat bake for 20 minutes in the oven.



While the meat is cooking, we tend to the beans.


Bean preparation

1.Chop the garlic in small pieces

2.Add it into a pan, add a little bit of olive oil

3. Mix the garlic over low heat for 2 minutes

4.Add the string bean, mix it with the garlic for about 10 minutes.

5.Add spices like paprika, garlic powder, basil powder, salt and pepper.


Salad preparation


1.Chop the cabbage, lettuce, beet

2.Put them into a bowl

3. Add the corn

4.Add: olive oil, the juice of a lemon and salt

5.Mix the salad
