CAPPUCINO FREDDO

Ingredients

• Espresso 2 shot (60ml)

• 150ml Fresh Milk

• 20ml Simple Syrup

• 150gr Ice Cubes

Instructions for Simple Syrup

• Add 500gr sugar and 1000ml water and bring to a boil over medium heat

• Stir constantly until the mixture is dense, then pour into a container.

Directions

1. Pour all ingredient into shaker

2. Add 50gr ice cubes to shaker then shake well

3. Strain to the glass and add remaining ice cubes

4. Garnish to serve
