Ingredients:
Fresh strawberries, hulled : 1 cup
Raspberries, frozen : ½ cup
Vanilla yogurt : ½ cup
Low- fat milk : ½ cup
Vanilla extract : 1 teaspoon
Honey : 1 tablespoon
Preparation:
Add milk, vanilla yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, raspberries and strawberries in the blender and blend until the mixture is smoothened
